How much does beauty product photography cost?
We quote for the products, image count and work involved. Reflective bottles, swatches, group shots and styled sets need different preparation and lighting. Send your product list or a link and we will confirm the shots, retouching and price before you book. Prices are quoted plus VAT, with VAT shown separately.
Can you photograph just one product?
Yes. There is no minimum order. We can photograph a single bottle, add images for a new shade or plan a shoot for a complete skincare or makeup range.
How do you handle colour and shade matching?
We use your physical samples as the reference for colour and agree the intended finish before shooting. Please flag any shades that are particularly difficult to reproduce. Colour can vary between screens, so we discuss the reference and review process with you rather than promise an identical appearance on every device.
Do you photograph swatches and product textures?
Yes. We can photograph cream, powder and liquid textures, swatches and applicator details. Tell us which shades and finishes you need to show. We agree how the products will be opened or used, and how many spare samples are needed, before the shoot.
Can you photograph glass bottles and shiny packaging?
Yes. We light glass, metallic lids and glossy labels to show their shape and finish while keeping the important packaging details readable. Send a photograph of the product and any reference images so we can plan the lighting and retouching.
What should I send to the studio?
Send clean, finished products in their correct packaging, with a list of the products and shades. Include spare samples for swatches, pours or opened-product shots where agreed. We will confirm quantities, delivery details and arrangements for returning your products.
Can you match photographs from an earlier shoot?
Send the original files or examples you want us to follow. We will assess the lighting, background, scale and crop, then agree what can be matched. This is useful when adding new shades or products to an existing range.
What does retouching include, and when will I receive the images?
The estimate sets out the retouching, finished files and included amendments. We agree the treatment of dust, marks, labels and reflections without changing what the product is. Tell us your launch date when you enquire so we can confirm availability and delivery timing before you book.
