Before you book
Ecommerce photography questions.
What is included in an ecommerce package?
We agree the image set around your products. It can include clear product views, close-ups, groups and styled images. The estimate lists the photographs and finishing included; there is no assumed number of images per product.
Can you work with Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes. Share your website and any image requirements. We agree the dimensions, backgrounds and file formats so the photographs fit the way your shop displays products.
Can different products have different numbers of photos?
Yes. A simple item may need fewer views than a bag with pockets or a kit with several parts. We plan around what a customer needs to understand.
Can I add products to an existing range?
Yes. Send examples of your current photographs and a list of the new items. We agree the lighting, angles and framing to keep the range consistent.
How is the price worked out?
We quote for the images and work agreed for your project. Your itemised estimate sets out the photography, editing and any additional production requirements, with VAT shown separately. There is no minimum order.
Can you work to my deadline?
Tell us the date when you enquire, along with when the products or source images will be available. We confirm the delivery date before booking and will tell you if the brief needs adjusting to fit the time available.
