How is the photography priced?
We quote for your products, the agreed shots, preparation and retouching. Send a product list and the images you need for an itemised estimate. Prices are quoted plus VAT, with VAT shown separately.
Can you show a screen without glare?
We plan the lighting and camera angle around the display. Where screen artwork is needed, you supply and approve the content and we agree how it will be used.
Do devices need to be working samples?
Tell us whether you are sending a working unit or a prototype. We agree what can be shown and avoid implying functions the sample does not have.
Can you photograph everything in the box?
Yes. Send a checked contents list with the device and accessories so the layout shows the correct retail package.
Can I book a small shoot?
Yes. There is no minimum order. We can photograph a single product or plan a larger range, with the shots and price agreed before you book.
When will I receive the images?
Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm studio availability, review stages and delivery timing before booking, together with the finished file formats and included amendments.
