- We use your samples as the reference and discuss difficult shades. Screens vary, so photographs work alongside physical swatches.
- Show the weave and repeat
- Flat views and close-ups serve different purposes. We agree the area needed for a pattern repeat and the detail needed for texture.
- Keep the drape natural
- Folded or hanging arrangements can describe weight and softness. We choose the arrangement for the fabric rather than force every textile into one shape.

How is the photography priced?
We quote for your products, the agreed shots, preparation and retouching. Send a product list and the images you need for an itemised estimate. Prices are quoted plus VAT, with VAT shown separately.
How large should the fabric samples be?
Send the repeat dimensions and the views you need first. We confirm a suitable sample size for flat shots, draping and full pattern repeats before you cut or post anything.
Can you match every colour exactly on screen?
We work from physical samples and agree the colour reference. Different screens and lighting affect appearance, so physical swatches remain useful for final material choices.
Can you put the fabric into a room setting?
We can discuss composite room imagery as a separate part of the brief. Supply repeat dimensions and references so pattern scale and placement can be agreed.
Can I book a small shoot?
Yes. There is no minimum order. We can photograph a single product or plan a larger range, with the shots and price agreed before you book.
When will I receive the images?
Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm studio availability, review stages and delivery timing before booking, together with the finished file formats and included amendments.
